Ben Lytle, Founder

Ben Lytle is a serial entrepreneur, author, and futurist known for being ahead of the curve. He founded or co-founded seven successful companies, four with his sons, creating billions in market value. Two are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The best-known companies are Anthem (now Elevance Health), a Fortune 100 company with a market value of over $100 billion, and Acordia, a leading insurance brokerage that he founded and grew until its acquisition by Wells Fargo.

Ben is a graduate of Texas A&M Commerce and Indiana University School of Law. He is a healthcare policy expert who served on state and presidential healthcare commissions and is a governance leader with extensive public company experience.

Ben’s devotion to individual and collective human potential through accelerated wisdom guides his leadership, writing, speaking, entrepreneurial energy, and investments. He advocates accelerated achievement of individual and collective potential to adapt and thrive in the most profound and rapid period of change in history, which he calls the New Reality. Conscious, deliberate adaptation is essential to how well we learn, work, live, and evolve as we integrate with intelligent automation. Ben co-founded ARK, his seventh company, with his son Larry to assist in adaptation.

Ben is the author of The Potentialist: Your Future in the New Reality of the Next Thirty Years and The Potentialist: The Pursuit of Wisdom. The third book in the series, The Potentialist: Predator and Prey, will be published in 2026. The book series is a pragmatic guide for adapting and thriving in the opportunity-rich, turbulent New Reality.
